I’m Vicki, founder of Dog Grooming Co. Every dog has their own personality, and their visit should feel as individual as they are.
Our family-run parlour is a calm place for a freshen-up, with regular breaks and thoughtful care. Nervous pups and older friends can benefit from low-level grooming facilities.

Is my nervous or older dog welcome? +
Absolutely. Let us know what helps them feel comfortable. Low-level washing, drying and grooming facilities help make the visit easier, and their comfort always comes first.
How long should I allow? +
Visits are generally at least two hours. Timing depends on your dog’s coat, breed and the treatment; we’ll discuss it with you at the start.
What should I do before the appointment? +
Give your dog a walk and a toilet break. Please tell us about any health conditions, sensitivities or previous grooming worries before we start.
Can I change my appointment? +
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice to change or cancel. Shorter notice may result in a charge equal to the full groom, payable before the next appointment.
